Richmond being so close parents often have a devonshire tea ortake the siblings to feed the ducks on the Coal River at RICHMOND.  Some parents even join in lessons with their child and learn a skill they didnt think they would.  HORSE RIDING is a great way to bond with your child while enjoying the lovely rural relaxation of the country and fresh air while getting loads of exercise.   FUN FRIENDS AND FITNESS IS OUR MOTTO.  Horse riding on a regular basis makes for great leg muscles and is wonderful for posture.  Long trousers are a must along with proper riding boots which are available free of charge during yoiur lesson.  Riding Helmets are also a must for riding, while body protectors are becoming more popular with riders every day.   RICHMOND VALLEY RIDING SCHOOLhas a few body protectors, but recommends regular riders  purchase their own from Saddleworld.
